HB BOOSTER Pumps
NEED A BOOST?
Add an HB direct drive positive displacement booster pump on top of an RVP oil sealed or ACS dry screw vacuum pump to achieve your required pumping speed. Available from 120 m3/hr to 2400 m3/hr. Aluminum rotors and casing make these perfectly suited for applications with high water vapor.
HIGHVAC’s HB range of positive displacement high vacuum boosters provide an efficient method of increasing the pumping speed of your vacuum system. The range includes five sizes: from 120 m3/h to 2400 m3/h.
The HB series boosters are driven by a direct coupled IEC motor. UL listed C1/D1 motors are also available as an option.
A vacuum switch or a variable frequency drive (VFD) is used to ensure proper operation in varying pressure conditions.
Perfectly suited for applications with high water vapor due to the aluminum construction of the rotors and casings.
A backing pump that is capable of discharging to atmospheric pressure must be used in conjunction with all HB series boosters.
