HIGHVAC has a 10 year goal of becoming the best place to work in Colorado Springs. Our most recent steps toward achieving this goal include:
- Adopting a new business management system/style geared toward growth and improvement company wide.
- Raising our starting wage to $18/hour.
- Currently testing “9/80 shifts” (a work shift suggested by an employee that allows us to take every other Friday off).
